Digital files are delivered by the checkout provider after a successful payment. If delivery has not arrived within 15 minutes, check spam and promotions folders before contacting support.
Save the files locally after download and keep one backup. If a valid order no longer has access, include the order number and the email used at checkout when contacting support.
