For receipt, download, duplicate-order, or file-access questions, email [email protected] with the order email and order number. Do not send payment-card details.
Digital files are delivered by the checkout provider after a successful payment. If delivery has not arrived within 15 minutes, check spam and promotions folders before contacting support.
